Write a program that asks the user to guess the number the computer is thinking. The user will be asked to enter a number between 1 and 10 (inclusive). If the number they entered is 7, then you display a message congratulating them on the guessing abilities. If they enter a number that is not 7, then tell them that they didn't correctly guess your number. PS: As usual, pay attention to details in your user interface. Print a title for the program, present good user prompts, and am informative display of information/output.
