When the "#" sign(s) move out of the line, the output stops. 3) Including the "#" sign(s), total 10 characters should be outputted in each line. The "*" (asterisk) sign(s) used to fill the reminder characters. 4) All parameters range from 1 to 9 (including 1 and 9). The two parameters will always be given.
