Write a program that simulates a Magic 8 Ball, which is a fortune-telling toy that displays a random response to a yes or no question. Your program will read a file named eightBallResponses. txt that will be found in the same folder as the executing program. The file contains 16 response messages (each followed by a newline). The program will prompt the user to enter a question and in response your program will display one of the messages selected randomly by subscript from your array.
