G Final Project, consider your work environment or some organization you are intimately familiar with, such as your church, analyze the organization through the lens of a World Class IT leader. Evaluate each area below and apply the leadership principles to analyze your selected organization: Does the organization recruit, train, and retain world class IT people? Does the organization build and maintain a robust IT infrastructure? Does the organ manage projects and portfolios effectively? How is the IT department viewed by other departments in the organization? Is there one area you think the organization may benefit from outsourcing? Elaborate on areas the organization is excelling at that would be considered world class. Share areas that the organization could improve. Provide recommendations for how the organization could improve or what you would different if you were the leader.
