You can now login with the new local user created.Set a screen saverOpen 'Settings'.Click on 'Personalization'.Click on 'Lock Screen'.Click on 'Screen saver settings'.This will pop up a new window, where you can select the screen saver you wish to use, the waiting time for the screen saver to be activated and power managment options too.One you got your screen saver, click on the 'Apply' button, and then on the 'Ok' button.That's about it.
