You have written up an email that needs to be sent to 100 individuals. since each greeting will be different, you have decided to use the mail merge feature and have selected the data source from the task pane. when you preview the results, you notice that many of the greetings do not include recipient names and are blank. how can this be fixed so you see only emails with a recipient’s name included? : *
a. delete any blank rows on the data source so only rows with recipient information are included.
b. from the edit recipient menu, select the filter option to exclude all blank cells.
c. either a or b will work.
d. there is no way to remove the emails with blank recipient entries.
