Write two functions in a python program
the first function encode(image_array, bitstring_array) should encode the bitstring array into the image. the bitstring_array is of type list and has string values and image_array and return is of type numpy. ndarray
the second function decode(encoded_image) that decodes passed image data from first function and returns a bitstring array
you can only use numpy, math and bitstring
