La Nina is associated with drier and warmer weather in winters this tends to shift to snowstorms in a northerly direction.

During the event, if the La Nina the Jetstream is further to the north. This is related to the cool weather condition in the great lakes.  The lower southern region faces drier conditions and Florida faces warmer than normal conditions. Thus Florida will have mild winters and will have 5 to 18° C temperature

Hence it will not have conditions like the winter El Nino event.

It depends on the climate in Florida. They usually don't get any winter like temperatures because they are consider a tropical place because they are surrounded by the ocean. They will have rain during winter time because the state is too warm for it to snow thats why it rains during the winter. Their climate is sort of like Hawaii. So the temperature for Flordia during winter should be around 50 degrees or 60 at the least.
