1. Cellular- One cell composed of molecules and organelles. A neuron is a type of cell 2. Tissue- A group of cells form a tissue. Smooth muscle tissue is an example of a tissue 3. Organ- A combination of tissues that form a discrete entity. The heart is an organ 4. Organ system- A group of organs that work together to perform a function. The respiratory system is an organ system. 5. Organism- A combination of organ systems that come together to make a living being. A human is an organism.
