Your teacher has a “black box" on his desk that has a funnel opening on top and a spout coming off the bottom (see picture below.) He pours 100 mL of water into the top funnel and waits. Nothing happens. He pours another 100 mL of water into the top funnel. This time, 100 mL of water comes out of the spout in the bottom of the box and is collected in a beaker. He again pours 100 mL of water into the top funnel, but nothing happens. When he pours a final 100 ml of water into the funnel, 300 mL of water comes out of the bottom spout. What is happening inside the box that would cause this to happen??? The question is also attached in the pdf. Please answer it! Thank you so much :)
