Albert performs the following steps during experiment in chemical laboratory: Step 1: He takes 5 ml of dilute copper sulphate solution in a test tube that is blue in colour. He places a thin plate of zinc metal in solution and stir the solution for a few minutes. He notices that the blue colour of the solution fades away and red precipitate of copper settle down.

Step 2: Again he takes zinc sulphate solution in a test tube and place a copper wire in it. Shake it for some time and see if there is any change in colour or any precipitate is formed. He notices that there is no change in the colour of the solution, and no precipitate is formed.

Which one of the following is true about the conclusion of experiment performed by Albert?

. No conclusion can be drawn from the above experiment.

b. More reactive metal can displace less reactive metals.

c. Less reactive metal can displace more reactive metals.
