Carboxypeptidase A releases Phe.
Treatment with cyanogen bromide yields the following three peptides:
1. Gly-Leu-Tyr-Phe-Lys-Ser-Met
2. Gly-Leu-Tyr-Lys-Val-Ile-Arg-Met
3. Leu-Pro-Phe
