Imagine a meteor falling from the sky. At first, the meteor is just outside the earth atmosphere, but as it enters the atmosphere, it begins to glow. Eventually the meteor crashes onto Earth, in the middle of the ocean. The meteor entered the Earth's atmosphere with Gravitational Potential Energy.
What Forms of Energy did the Gravitational Energy transform into from the moment the meteor entered Earth's Atmosphere to the moment the meteor settles
at the bottom of the ocean?
