QUALCUNO MI AIUTA PER FAVORE: L’analisi quantitativa di un campione di terreno contaminato da PCB del peso di 5 grammi, ha determinato la seguente area del picco cromatografico (già divisa per l’area dello standard interno):
Subsample Area del picco di monometil-tetracloro-difenilmetano (u. a.) 3 1852
La retta di taratura ha la seguente equazione: y = 26x+27
dove il contenuto di monometil-tetracloro-difenilmetano (un PCB) è espresso in ng.
Considerando che il volume di campione iniettato è pari a 1μL, e il volume della soluzione del PCB, dopo purificazione, è di 1mL, calcolare il contenuto del monometil-tetracloro-difenilmetano nel terreno e valutare se il terreno può essere utilizzato per altre attività, considerando che il limite di legge è 50 mg/Kg.
