Calculate the heat needed to change 2.50 x 10 2 grams of ice at 0.0°C to steam at 100.0 °C. How much heat is removed from 60.0 g of steam at 100.0°C to change it to 60.0 g of water at 20.0 °C

Does anyone know how I would go about solving either of these problems?
