How do you answer a chemistry question using molarity and molality. ( i need the steps )

There is a difference between these two !!

Molarity (M) = no of moles / volume of solution in litres

Molality (m) = no of moles/ mass of solution in kgs!!

Where's the question? 
Here are steps anyways: 
You use the formula: C x V=n 
n being the moles, c being the M and V being the Liters. 
You plug in and you'll get the moles. 
If you want to take it to grams you simply: 
The moles you got: times molar mass g / 1 mol
