Does this seem like a good hypothesis?

if fresh lemon juice has the highest acid contents with a ph value of 2.0, and we place 14.79ml of 2% reduced fat milk into three containers then add 4.37ml of each solute(lemon juice, distilled white vinegar, and pineapple juice), then we hypothesized that lemon juice will curdle the milk the fastest.
