Why does cotton fabric end up with better dye color than other fabrics?

HERE'S HOW THEY MAKE COTTON FABRIC...

Cotton is pluck from the cotton plants.

They are then cleaned and trash & impurities are removed.

Large bales of cotton fiber are then transferred to spinning mills. Spinning mills convert fiber in to yarns (thread)

these yarns or thread cones are moved to Weaving. Weaving is a process of interlacing yarns to make into fabric.

Fabric is in raw form therefore it goes on to next process.

Fabric that is weaved is then bleached and washed to clean it thoroughly.

then the fabric is dyed or printed.

various finishes are applied, like soft, wrinkle free, easy care, iron easy etc.

the fabric is stitched, packed and shipped to the customer.

according to hess's law, the overall enthalpy of a reaction is the difference between the sum of enthalpy values of all the products and the sum of enthalpy values of all the reactants.

δh(reaction) = ∑nδh(products) - ∑nδh(reactants)

δh(reaction) = [δh +δh] - [δh]

δh(reaction) = [1(-287.02) + 1(0) ] - [1(-374.9)] kj = +87.88 kj

here, δh (pcl3) = -287.02 kj, δh(cl2) = 0, δh(pcl5) = -374.9 kj

therefore, enthalpy of the overall reaction is +87.88 kj or +88 kj.
