Ihave a problem of eating to much chods, what can me stop?

If you mean carbs, then you don't eat as much pasta and bread and stuff like that. So practically, all of the good stuff. Use techniques. Tell yourself that it will make you thinner if you don't eat it. I also tell myself that I am stronger than this and that food shouldn't control me. It might or might not work for you.
