CASE 1: Whenever we eat something, the food molecules are decomposed by microorganisms present in the mouth which further results in the formation of acid. This acid is responsible for the tooth decay.
CASE 2: Most of the plants grow best in neutral soil, but excessive use of fertilizers make the soil either acidic or basic. This affects the growth of plants.
How would you apply a neutralization reaction to solve the above mentioned problem?
