Maia is decorating her room by stringing twinkle lights around the edge of the ceiling. She was connecting two strands together when her older brother Dylan came in Dylan warned Maia not to connect the string lights together, because the more lights that are on the string, the dimmer each light would appear. Maia said that it didn't actually matter how many lights are on the string: they would all appear at full brightness. Maia handed Dylan the instruction manual. She pointed to the section that explained that these lights were made so that they could be connected. Who is correct?
