The protist kingdom is formed by the protozoa and the unicellular algae, but now also encompasses some multicellular algae (green, brown and red algae), being called Protoctist. It is the first eukaryotic kingdom (they have nucleus and membranous organelles); It is a polyphyletic kingdom (several ancestors gave rise to groups belonging to this kingdom) and as a consequence was later reclassified and divided into several kingdoms. There are no unique characteristics that define the Protoctist realm, the members of this realm are very different and so this realm is sometimes called "odds and ends".  They have very different characteristics: they can be uni or multicellular, aerobic or anaerobic, photosynthetic autotrophic (algae) or ingestion heterotrophic (protozoa).

t - temperature

so if the pressure, volume and temperature are already known

we are left with n and r

since r is the universal gas constant that has a known fixed value then r too is known

so we are left with 'n'

once we know temperature volume and pressure

we can find the number of moles of gas present using the ideal gas law equation
