Ethylene (C2H4) absorbs UV light of 171 nm. This absorption can cause ethylene to polymerize, turn from a liquid to polyethylene (the stuff plastic bags are made of). If you out 1367 kJ into a 171 nm laser, at most, how many grams of plastic (polyethylene) could you make?
