A party guest lets their balloon go while leaving the party where it rises to an altitude of 3,000 meters (about 10,000 feet) where its new pressure will be 0.70 atm. What was the new volume? The balloon will pop if the volume exceeds 10.0 liters. Will the balloon pop at this elevation? (Show your work below.)
