Intro to The Yeti Challenge PLEASE FILL OUT I WILL MARK BRAINLIEST AND IM TIMED THANKS Short Stop has asked us to help them tackle a problem. They have noticed that they sell twice as many 8 ounce cups of coffee as 12 ounce cups. They would like to sell more 12 ounce cups as the profit margin is higher. Through their research they have discovered that many of their customers would prefer the 12 ounce cup but the coffee gets cold before they are finished. They would like us to design a 12 ounce coffee cup that keeps the coffee hotter. The cup must sell for less than $5.00 and be reusable at least 10 times.

1. Imagine and begin writing a story for the owners of Short Stop. Give the owners of Short Stop a name, age, hometown, favorite food, favorite hobby, etc. Be sure the story is well written, with complete sentences and tells a full story. Go beyond the suggestions given.

2. Once you have a good understanding of who your customer is (the imaginary owners of Short Stop) and which problem or problems need to be solved, describe five things your customer (the imaginary owners of Short Stop) needs. For example, maybe a new cup needs to be easy to store, easy to use, and have a unique look. Be creative in brainstorming “needs” that your customer (the imaginary owners of Short Stop) has! Use a sentence starter like “They want a cup that is because .” Be sure this answer is well written, with complete sentences and each need is fully described.
