In order to determine the calories in a food sample, a chemist prepares their calorimeter with 100ml of water. The chemist took an initial temperature of 22 degrees celsius. After the food source burned the chemist then determined the the final temperature was 42 degrees celsius. What was the change of temperature of the water?
