Potassium occurs naturally as two isotopes. The heavier atom has percentage abundance of 93.1 the lighter atom has mass number of 39 and the heaver one 41. The lighter atom has proton number 19. (i) Give the chemical symbol for potassium
(ii) Give the representation of the two isotopes of potassium.
(iii) What is the proton number of the heavier atom?
(iv) Calculate the relative atomic mass of potassium from the information given
to three significant figures.
