Marta is convinced that girls eat a greater number of healthy foods, such as fruits and vegetables, than boys do. Marta designed a study to find out if boys or girls eat more servings of healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. She wrote a survey to pass out to students at her high school. In her survey, she asked students to describe what they ate for lunch that day.
Marta passed out her survey to students. The following table shows the number of students who completed the survey and which grade they are in.

Marta collected her surveys and compiled the data. She made a list of foods and identified how many students said they ate the food at lunch. She made separate lists based on gender and then combined the data in the following table.

Based on her results, Marta decided that girls eat healthier than boys. Before showing her results to her teacher, Marta shared her findings with Chiang, who writes for the editorial page of her school's newspaper. Marta was worried about the health of her fellow students, so she asked Chiang to write an article in the school
Would you trust Marta’s conclusion?
