Draw and briefly explain the log-dose response curve and the corresponding lineweaver-burke plot for:
a) morphine alone and together with naloxone
b) buprenorphine alone and together with naloxone
the curves do not have to be based on the actual ed50 values for the compounds. instead, you have to research how each of the compounds behave at the µ-opioid receptor (i. e. full or partial agonist, competitive or non-competitive antagonist, make sure to cite your references). based on this information you should draw hypothetical curves for morphine and buprenorphine alone and if given together with naloxone.
if you need more information, let me know what data you are looking for and i will certainly provide. the curves do not have to be based on the actual ed50 values for the compounds.

Achemical equilibrium between gaseous reactants and products is shown. n2(g) + 3h2(g) ⇌ 2nh3(g) how will the reaction be affected if the pressure on the system is increased? it will shift toward the reactant side as there is lower pressure on the reactant side. it will shift toward the product side as there is higher pressure on the product side. it will shift toward the reactant side as there are a greater number of moles of gas on the reactant side. it will shift toward the product side as there are a fewer number of moles of gas on the product side.
