Why is water classified as a renewable resource?

a). water is constantly being recycled through earth’s system.

b.) groundwater that is rarely used makes up 80% of the earth’s water.

c). the ocean is not considered to be resource and it’s water is not counted as a resource.

d). water is renewed through the removal of salt from seawater and factories all over the world.
