How do i line graph this? giving 12 points away!

Sorry for the bad handwriting, I'm using a mouse. I also didn't have room for labels, but don't forget to give the graph and title (Water Temperatures at Various Depths) and label the x and y axis (Water Depth [meters], Temperature [C]). Hope it helps
