Where;

            nₓ  =  4

Putting Values in equation 1,

                                     ΔE  =  - 2.18 × 10⁻¹⁸ J × ( 1/∞² - 1/4²)

                                     ΔE  =  - 2.18 × 10⁻¹⁸ J × ( 0 - 0.0625)
