Your response must include the following elements:

1. Identify defenses that demonstrate a knowledge of general law and understanding of the ease of its violation on the Internet
2. Identify the following defenses:
•fraud (the buyer or the seller is not who they claim to be or induced the other to part with their side of the negotiation)
•illegality (the laws of the seller are not violated but the laws of the buyer are, for example an account with an ISP or Web site for Internet gambling)
•impossibility of performance (the reason for the transaction no longer exists)
•mental disability or intoxication (the buyer or the seller is insane or otherwise not competent)
•age of minority (the buyer or the seller is not eighteen)
