Xuân mới được bổ nhiệm làm Giám đốc Chi nhánh Miền Nam của Công ty Dulịch Xuyên Việt. Cho tới ngày được bổ nhiệm, Ngọc đã có 5 năm tổ chức các chương trình du lịch ở một chi nhánh khác của công ty.
