If you were the Subcontractor and was given this example cause in a subcontract, show me what changes (redlines) you would make and why. First, use "Track Changes" to show me what
you would change. Go to the menu bar and choose "Review" then choose "Track Change". Also
add a "New Comment to explain your revision. You can find the "New Comment' tab to the
left of the "Track Changes" under review.|
"Subcontractor shall indemnify and hold harmless Prime Contractor its directors, officers,
employees, agents, stockholders, affiliates, subcontractors and customers from and against all
allegations, claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements,

arise out of, relate to or result from any act or omission of Subcontractor, Prime Contractor and
