Tony works as a customer service professional for a store that sells refrigerators. He met a customer who was furious with the store’s service. Apparently, the store had delivered the wrong refrigerator model to the customer’s home address. Tony apologized on behalf of the store. He told the customer that the store would quickly replace the product. He interacted with the customer for a while and promised that the store would never give the customer a chance to complain in the future. Tony’s helped him make the customer believe in the store’s service.
