Submit your plan of an ideal community in a 300-word essay. I REALLY need help on this project for class, thank you.

The instructions/guidelines:

You will submit your community plan and a 300-word essay, either digitally or printed, to your teacher on the submission date specified. You may work with a partner or group if desired.

Your response must:

contain approximately 300 words describing:

your current community's planning department, comprehensive plan, planning structure, and planning procedures;

the components that you think your new proposed city will need for the health and success of its citizens; and

the natural resources and economic basis of your proposed city or community.

Be original and avoid plagiarism. Be accurate and have correct spelling and grammar in your response.

Use details and information from the lesson as support. Cite other research sources.

Contain a comprehensive plan map of your proposed city or community. This must include land use zones for a variety of residential, business (commercial), and industrial zones. Needed infrastructure such as government offices, streets, highways, water resources, sewage treatment, solid waste disposal (landfill, etc.), must be included. You should attempt to provide for social equity and environmental protection, considering human needs and wants while also conserving natural resources. Your plan should allow for future growth and development.

Seriously, anything will help. <3
