Two thieves await sentencing for their crimes. Interrogated in different rooms, they have the option to confess or not confess their crimes. If both thieves confess, they each get 30 years in jail. If one confesses and the other does not, the one who confesses gets no years in jail, and the one who didn't confess or cooperate gets 40 years in jail. If neither confess to his crimes, we assume there's not a lot of evidence against them and they only get 1 year each in jail. Fill in the matrix (for number of years in jail) based on the above information. Note: Include negative signs because this problem refers to costs (years in jail). Fill in the matrix based on the above information.
