PLEASE ASAP! Instructions: Use the guidelines you’ve learned in this lesson to conduct a mock staff meeting. The meeting should be formal and should address at least three topics, such as menu changes, new menu items, good customer service, cooking techniques, or anything else you can imagine might be discussed at a restaurant or food service establishment. Create a written agenda for your meeting as well as a follow-up sheet to hand out to employees at the end of the meeting. Ask family members, classmates, and/or friends to volunteer to act as employees as you conduct the meeting. Video the meeting if possible, or write a detailed transcript of the meeting to turn in to your teacher.
