Who you are , what you chose to become , why you are here, is for you to fulfill as best you know how. Knowledge or rather understanding cant be the only key because it is not always if ever a definitive thing , feeling or experience - it takes a life time to learn some things and to say I have achieved a role in this world. Life is for living it to be sure but how is up to you and what you chose effects those around you. Many people offer, suggest, and advise many different things. Start inside yourself, discover outside who you are and any variation in between . Do you have a sense of what to pursue ? of what it is that you are good at or for? Socrates had a Daimonion - an impersonal something or sign which has some kind of connection to your soul and higher moral self. The best the rest of us can muster is intuition - an vague sense of danger, wrong, harmfulness , something more to whats seen to be the case. Religions say we may have callings or life vocations and also spiritual gifts . Psychologists and sociologists point to a conscience and ideas of governing ego s moderating over most appropriate selves in situation or scheme of things. Buddhists point inwardly to a greater Presence, Awareness - consciousness and continuum of consciousnesses. Faith and sacrifice, love and forgiveness , transformation ,salvation , heaven and immortality are offered and explained. GOD and a return to him the ultimate goal of goals thru salvation OR Enlightenment thru Karmic rebirths. Many religions and philosophies related to one or both ideas or even more involved work from initiates or something completely different. What you have is where you start from, with whom and any talents , abilities , gifts you possess. Not everyone starts out equal in circumstance , opportunity varies and the relevance of those things differ. Is man in general good? Is virtue in grained genetically - dependent on universal archetype of innate symbols and meanings? What to be true to? To chose to reduce suffering, increase happiness bring peace ,love joy , harmony or the best of some, many religions or philosophical beliefs is admirable . Still life asserts itself. And there are choices to be made or present regardless. Chose wisely and well as you decide as you chose to decide and become from what you have been. Mistakes often instruct more than the actual lesson in life. Do nt be afraid to risk smartly. Silence can sometimes be golden and sometimes deadly. Most of what s important in life is learned in the sandbox. You decide what means what to you directly or indirectly - be careful , safe, joyous and the best you you can be. And that will take others hopefully to their best . I m not saying look out for number one but rather look in or out or in between to be satisfied with what you become. If God exists, however he exists, he wants you to be true and that takes a life time or times .
