Your all suppose proofread emails, letters and memos before sending them out, but that hasn't been happening. We've discussed this before, a few people proof read, but they are being asked to do others work for them. They cannot be expected look at others work they have there own work to do. These are the things that employees need to pay attention to: punctuation, wordiness, spelling, including to/too, names of clients, businesses' and products, etc. So were going to try this again. Tips for proofreading: look at business cards and websites : for spellings of names, company's and product. Consult dictionary or dictionary to check on any word your not sure of. Don't rely on Microsoft word, it wont catch all of your errors. Take the auto-correct button off to make sure word does not change your spelling. Leave five minutes in between writing and proofreading correspondence, this help you catch errors before sending it. Identify words that you tend to have errors with and memorize the spelling.
If u can not do a better job, well, i will take further action, so i advice you to make an effort.
