Yes in deed management is needed more. Today time management is needed for basic needs of the work place. Project management is needed to keep the project on track. Also project management keeps the  place safe. The manager can and should enforce safety  rules. This means with todays technology, management is more important, or in most cases really needed in the work space. This means you can only achieve the goal if everyone is on task. This also means that you HAVE to be smart with managing your time in the work space. this should go for every thing. Not having time management can cause the goal to not happen or to be late. This concludes the fact that the manager of the management must be capable of controlling the work space, (project). Not having proper management can be fatal to fellow workers and to the project. To sum it up, management is NEEDED in order to work efficiently.
