Let’s say a certain company builds a USP for its over-the-counter allergy medicine as “the only solution for those pet allergies.” Other medications may work just as well for pet allergies, but this company positions itself as the only medication for this problem. Is it unethical for a company to present itself this way? Or, is it just another way to advertise?
