The proper use of distribution channel can literally help companies to place their product in the market, when I say place their product in the market I mean the customer can easily access the product. For example, if I want Pepsi and the shopkeeper says sorry bro we don't have that then I will ask for Coke. This means the distribution channel was not properly used which resulted in loss of access of customer and eventually Pepsi lost the profit that Coke has earned from the customer opting to Coke. So distribution channels really play a great role and poor distribution channels may result in loss of number of customers.
