The job requires ability to write lots of documents from e-mail to memos, reports, etc. and also communicate succinctly. As an administrative professional has to contact and communicate very regularly with both clients and partners, internal staffs. For example, in some situation, the administrative professional has to guess and realize their clients' feelings and thoughts and react in time with outstanding convincing skills.

2. Time-management skill

Time management skill is crucially important because they bear a huge load of works every day to be done. So that the time management skill to determine the priorities and the order of tasks is essential so as to maximize the productivity at work.
