How does ann cooper directly relate nutrition and the food that we eat to our personal health and disease prevention?

Ann Cooper also known as the lunch lady , head of nutrition for Berkeley , and California , schools .  As she relates the daily intake of food of children is leading them to death . She believes feeding food from region , which are not shipped foods ,is important for nutrition . She believes in feeding sustainable food . several health problems that the kids undergo are , back pain and limb pain , high blood pressure , cancer , blindness , stroke and sometimes death .

Explanation: The several methods that she carried out to reduce health risk are:

Buying food that is healthy and also limiting the amount of junk in the food . she changed the school lunches by getting rid of processed food and adding salad bar and also freshly cut fruits . Every meal provided was freshly prepared from scratch everyday .

Shipped food will be processed and preservatives will be added to them so that they can be stored for a limiting period . she believes elimination of highly processed foods , hydrogenated oils , high fructose corn syrup , refined sugars , several dyes and food additives ; would help in prevention of disease . By this personal health and food nutrition will be maintained .

being born in poverty would limit the people's chances, opportunities and benefits.

this happen because of several things, such as:

- poor people tend to gain less access to good education and nutrition. this mean that their chance to obtain high paying jobs would also be limited.

- poor people tend to socialize with other poor people while the rich tend to socialize with other rich people. this means that simply throguh their social circle, rich people would have more business opportunities compared to the poor people.

- rich people tend to have more capital in their disposal. this would benefit them in business since it is far easier for them to fund their business operation compared to poor people.
