If the wild/normal gene is igf2 and the mutated gene is igf2-, then the genotype of the parent would be: 
male: igf2 / igf2-   > possible gametes: igf2  and igf2-

Then the cross result would be: 50% heterozygous for a mutant (igf2/igf2-)  and 50% homozygous for the wild-type(igf2/igf2)

Ithink option a is correct because you cannot donate a different blood group than yours because it won't match.option a says betsy can donate to mark. they have the same blood group so donation can happen.
