For 2, if it only showed the life cycle of male turtles, then it wouldn't include laying eggs, going onto the beach, etc. That's the female's job. It'd only include the mating season, and whatever else male turtles do.

For 3, I can't answer without knowing what the article says.

For 5, it's only asking you to give examples of what could be done to help protect turtle eggs and prevent them from being destroyed. Maybe we could section off the parts of beaches where the turtles lay their eggs. That's something I've heard of before.
