Alarge female patient has fallen in a parking lot between two cars. she must be moved on the backboard to the waiting stretcher which is located approximately 200 feet from your location. four rescuers are present. how would they best be used to promote the safest movement of the patient?

It would be better if one is at the head so that she won’t get hurt on the head and get a bump or cut on it. It is recommendable to have one at feet as she won’t have direct vision to this part of the body so someone could help by lift it without any scratch. Two people on the either side of the back board so that it won’t fall on her and keep her safe while lifting her up.
