When the patient get to the hospital, all the necessary information will be obtained from the patient and entered into EHR  directly and immediately.
2. One very important benefit of using EHR in the clinical setting is that it helps the health providers to provider more quality and safer care for patients. Beside this, it also helps in proper diagnosis and medical treatments and it makes it easy for health providers to access past information about their patients.

Upon arrival provide the patient with a tablet computer and instruct him/her to complete each question. Explain this information will be securely added to their medical chart and used by the physician to thoroughly understand the reason for today's visit.
